Sports Therapy & Sports Massage
Sports Therapy focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation back to functional, occupational or sports specific fitness, no matter your age or sporting ability. It is mainly focused on musculoskeletal and soft tissue-based treatment and rehabilitation. This can include massage, stretching, taping, and prescribing mobility and/or strengthening exercises to help the injury.
Our Sports & Massage specialist can also give advice on things that could help you in your sport or just your general daily life, for example alternative training techniques or alternative exercises for sports and exercise, sleeping positions and mobility movements and for the more general population. Massage therapy can also help to relieve tension and counteract the effects of stress and strains on the body
