Helen is a qualified Acupuncturist & Naturopath and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. Her interest in natural forms of medicine began many years ago when she saw the powerful effect it had on family members. Helen believes that although physical health is important, she is also passionate about mental health and sits on the board of a mental health resource group for a large City multinational.

Helen is a long term yoga practitioner and collaborates in teacher training working with the meridians in yoga poses to access the physical, mental and emotional benefits. She has practised Yang style tai chi for several years.

We are delighted that Helen is joining the Cedar Hall team whilst our resident Acupuncturist Laura Jones is on maternity leave.

Helen works at Cedar Hall Clinic Benfleet and Cedar Hall Clinic Thurrock.
